IRENA Scholarship Programme for International Students, UAE - 2015 

The International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA) is now accepting applications for IRENA scholarship programme available for international students. Up to 20 highly-accomplished applicants are annually awarded an IRENA scholarship at the Abu Dhabi based Masdar Institute of Science and Technology (MI), with the generous support of the Government of the United Arab Emirates.

International Scholarships Scheme at University of Bath, United Kingdom - 2015

University of Bath is offering 75 international scholarships worth £3,000 each for 2015-2016 academic year. Each is awarded as a discount in tuition fees and is for one year only. Scholarships cannot be deferred to a later year. These are for international fee-paying full-time taught masters applicants from any country and for any subject area.

Commonwealth Scholarship and Fellowship Plan (CSFP), Malaysia - 2015

Applications are invited for Malaysian Commonwealth Scholarship and Fellowship Plan (CSFP) from the students of commonwealth countries to study at the postgraduate level in Malaysia. The scholarship is awarded for up to 12 to 24 months for master courses depending upon the course and up to 3 years for PhD degree. The awards are only applicable for candidates pursuing full-time degree programme in Malaysia.

ESED Scholarships in Sustainable Energy Development for Developing Countries-2015

Global Sustainable Electricity Partnership annually awards ESED scholarships for pursuing advanced studies in sustainable energy development. These scholarships are open to the citizens of a developing country or territory identified for official OECD development aid in the DAC list of ODA recipients. Up to ten Masters scholarships will be awarded for up to two years. The value of scholarship is US$ 23,000 per year. It is preferable that the candidate pursues her/his studies in a university outside his home country.

Charles Wallace Pakistan Trust Visiting Fellowship Programme, United Kingdom-2015

Applications are invited for Charles Wallace Fellowship from Pakistani mid-career professionals who wish to undertake short visits to the United Kingdom. A fellowship may last for between three weeks and three months. Award holders will receive a grant of £1,400 per month, and a contribution of £815 towards international travel costs. They must make all their own arrangements in the UK in consultation with their host institution.

International Aga Khan Foundation Scholarships, Pakistan-2015

The Aga Khan Foundation provides a limited number of scholarships each year for postgraduate studies to outstanding students from select developing countries who have no other means of financing their studies, in order to develop effective scholars and leaders and to prepare them for employment, primarily within the AKDN. Scholarships are awarded on a 50% grant : 50% loan basis through a competitive application process once a year in June or July. The Foundation gives priority to requests for Master's level courses but is willing to consider applications for PhD programmes, only in the case of outstanding students who are highly recommended for doctoral studies by their professors and who need a PhD for the fulfilment of their career objectives (academic or research oriented). Applications for short-term courses are not considered; neither are applications from students who have already started their course of study.

International Research Positions at KAIST, South Korea - 2015

KAIST is offering research positions for foreign graduate and postdoctoral applicants for Opto-electro-structural lab, Department of Aerospace Engineering. Applicants will work on multidisciplinary projects related to the application of laser ultrasound technologies, wireless sensing network (WSN), and optical fiber sensors technologies to the non-destructive test and evaluation (NDT&E) and structural health management (SHM) of important engineering structures, such as wind turbines, space launch vehicles, nuclear power plants, and aircrafts. OFID Scholarship Award for Developing Countries by OPEC, Worldwide

OFID (The OPEC Fund for International Development) is funding scholarship for students of developing countries (except OFID Member Countries). Scholarship is awarded for pursuing graduate studies in a development-related discipline. To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must first obtain admission to pursue a Master’s (graduate) degree in any recognized university/college in the world. The tuition fees, including any supplementary examination fees, as may be required by the academic institution, will be paid by OFID directly to the academic institution.
